You need a basic no frills phone. I believe that Tracfone has something like that. You can call Tracfone and see what they have to offer. Also give them your zip code. This will help them find the right phone for you. 1-800-867-7183 is their #. Most phones nowadays have the option for you to turn off WI-FI.
