• I placed the phones next to each other so when I activated the new phone under the old phone number everything transferred seamlessly

• There are apps that you can get for each phones that will allow your new phone to copy all the information that is on the old one. My wife did that with our new phone and it worked without a problem. We got all of our information. Hope that will help.
