- Answer You can use smart switch app. Not sure if it works with iphone but it does between 2 Galaxy phones. You must install the app on both phones.

- Answer I've had Net10 service for about 8 yrs and have never had a dropped call. Recently switch to a Samsung J7 phones with the SIM card and it works perfectly well.
