• The phone is brand new with box and all new accessories. The phone comes with a 1 year warranty which you must fill out on the phone after you activate it. The warranty is directly from Blu.

• It's brand new, box and all needed accessories to power the phone is included. Warranty, you have to purchase warranty separate as a safety net for the phone. it's a phone of the decade
