• If you buy a tablet less than 10" and want to use a keyboard, it wll be a very small keyboard and may be to small to use.

• If u want writing features the galaxy note is the choice. If no writing features than the iPad. Apple has tons of apps over the android platform. Although keep in mind I have used the iPad for much longer than the galaxy (less than 2 months)
