QuestionExternal Memory Card CapacityComment to Best Buy staff and Mr. Samsung: Best Buy's website advertises this product suppports an SD card of up to 64 GB for storing data. The same was told to me in store. I bought this a Best Buy based on the product info provided to me at their website and in store. Samsung's website says only a 32 GB can be used which I confirmed with Samsung Product Support. Please address and correct.

- Answer I've been doing some research on this tablet and according to many customer reviews (on Amazon, etc), Samsung recommends no larger than 32G be used as it can make some programs run unevenly, but many users have reported using 64G with no problems.

- Answer Yes most manufacturers have an app to download. I use Epson and they have both an Android and iOs app. for wifi printing.

- Answer Be sure to order a MicroSDXC Class 10 UHS-1 card. You want the class 10 because of the fast transfer rate. I personally ordered the SanDisk Ultra 64 GB MicroSDXC Class 10 UHS-1 Memory Card . They run around $50. You can also find smaller memory sizes for less money.

- Answer You don't connect it to a DVD player. As for file transfers from a computer, you hook one end of the micro USB to the tablet, the other to your computer. You can use the Samsung Kies software to copy files or sync music and pictures. You can also use things like Dropbox or Google Drive to easily sync files over WiFi with it.

- Answer No 3G or 4G capability. Some of the confusion when you search on the product for the 3G capability is from the European versions. There is a version in Europe that does have 3G capability, but the USA model is strictly WiFi only.

- Answer You don't need to copy media (movies, music, picture) files off the SD card onto the device memory like an IPad. This would defeat the purpose of having that extra storage you can get from the SD card. However, apps are more restrictive and most need to live on the internal storage of the device.

- Answer All you have to do is Register it with Samsung at Samsung.com If you do not have an account with samsung, you will have to create one. You will need serial # and I believe IMEI # as well.

- Answer At the time of this posting, 4.1.2 will come with the units. You can manually check for new updates, but the Android system will usually prompt you when a new update is ready for download and installation. Thanks for considering Samsung products. --Mr.Samsung
