• I just called Verizon yesterday and told me to drop off my S7 Edge ( I don't have Note 8 yet due to ordering it in store) It could take 2 months to get the credit but they will give give the extra money back.

• I went online to Verizon and selected trade in of Note 5. The sent me a prepaid box 3 days later. I started seeing my bill credit on the bill after they received my trade in.
