Just received an email for BestBuy notifying me that my Note 8 has been shipped and will arrive tomorrow. So I logged into verizonwireless.com, selected Device Trade-in Program under Service & Support at the lower left part of the webpage. Then followed directions on the screen. Verizon will be sending me a box to return the G6. Received $480 for the G6 as stated on the BestBuy website. It was very easy.
