Make sure that first time you turn cel phone on It doesn't have a sim card inside the phone Because if it does, most likely that cel will be locked to company the SIM Card belongs to

• A:Answer No. Simply does not. Buy it direct from your supplier. I bought it from Best buy thinking it would. But it doesn't. I've upgraded, swapped out SIMs, called ATT to to make sure it's enabled. Samsung did not enable it on the Best buy version

• A:Answer It is unlocked I'm not sure what lte bands Claro uses but as long as the lte bands Claro uses are on the note it should be supported. This is a single sim model if you want dual sim you'll have to look on ebay or b&h photos might have some. Any microsd card should work regardless of brand just look at reviews before making your purchase.
