• Such a bummer you missed Black Friday...it was on special for Free Upgrade...Cost Depends usually on your carrier...Verizon and At&T is $99.99 with 2 year contract. Its an amazing phone and worth it!!

• Depends on your trade in value of the iPhone 4 . . . The s4 is a 200 dollar upgrade unless there is a sale.

• Should not cost anything, since most retailers have promos that make the phone practically free by signing up 2 year contract. Look for pomos that offer it free.
