A:AnswerDepending on your carrier or place of purchase (Best Buy is one), you only have 14 or 15 days. I would take it back if it is having software issues. Just make sure of your return time.
A:AnswerSuch a bummer you missed Black Friday...it was on special for Free Upgrade...Cost Depends usually on your carrier...Verizon and At&T is $99.99 with 2 year contract. Its an amazing phone and worth it!!
A:AnswerI have had the iphone for the past 5 years and the last phone was the 4s. I much prefer the Galaxy!!! Please read my review as to the reasons, but it is much easier to use if you make your own ringtones, sounds etc. It is faster, the screen is much bigger and better picture. The ease of use is awesome and more intuitive then the IPhone. I am very happy with it and wish that I had done it before. Hope this helps.
A:AnswerThe Galaxy S4 is not waterproof, the Galaxy S4 ACTIVE must be the one you are referring to. The Galaxy S4 active is water resistant which is different that being totally waterproof.
A:AnswerDepends on the carrier and you'll probably have to unlock the phone. Some carriers give you the unlock code, but i'm not sure about AT&T. There are other ways to do it off the record but it's more advanced. It will not work on Verizon or Sprint, as they have a different network frequency. So your only choice is T-Mobile or another local provider.
A:AnswerI had the same. Not only were they able to transfer the content / contacts from the sim card, but from the old phone itself. Transferred EVERY contact.
A:AnswerNo you cannot. T-Mobile and AT&T are two completely different services. AT&T's SIM cards are shaped differently and a T-Mobile SIM will not fit into the AT&T Galaxy phones. I do suggest switching completely over to AT&T! I have found that their service is generally better and they seem to have better coverage in many areas!
