• On AT&T you only have the option of a 16GB version. The phone has a microSD card slot that can take up to 64GB...so you could potentially have 80GB of storage space on the S3

• this is 16GB, I could be wrong, but I don't THINK that this phone is sold at 32GB or 64GB in the USA at this time.

• it's locked to at&t and has 16 gigs built in memory but supports micro sd.

• Is that a question???? It's a 16gb phone i heard if you pay full price (why would you???) AT&T will unlock it
