Only if you sign a new 2 year contract or else you'll pay full price for the phone.

Once every two years a contract carrier allows their customers to get a phone at a greatly discounted price when they sign a new contract. The carriers also have mail in rebates, where we do not. At Best Buy we can process a full two year contract upgrade as long as you show eligible in our system. If you are not eligible then you can still purchase phones from Best Buy at the full regular price. You can find this price in smaller and normally gray print next to the larger red price.
