• If Metro PCS has a Samsung Galaxy S3 you can purchase one for them. If the phone is AT&T or another carrier specific then the chances of it working as slim. Not sure if Metro PCS uses SIM cards or not but you may able to reach out to them to find out. It is possible if they use SIM cards that you could root this device to use it on their towers,however please remember that rooting can void warranty.
