If it was 2 years, that sounds more like an installment, so the phone should be yours and you shouldn't have to turn it in.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can go to BB and buy another phone. Sprint will then send you a package label to send the phone back within 15 days after you receive the new phone. All phones have to be mailed back to Sprint.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No I didn't, I pre ordered the new S8+ once it arrived and I switched phones over Best Buy gave me a pre paid envelope along with paper work to send my old phone back to Sprint. They use UPS so you can easily track your package etc..
