• Yes you get the phone right away- you pay on it through your monthly bill- yes the staff will get everything connected before you leave the store

• Not sure what you mean buy layaway because you dont get the phone til its pd but if u mean mnthly pymts, yes,u keep the phone and if u want to upgrade b4 its pd off, u pay the balance in full 1st...if lease, after 18mo, u can purchase phone for an x amt like 200. Either way, the price the same.
