A:Answer Yes, buying through Best Buy keeps all warranties. I bought through Best Buy, had a problem a couple days after purchase, went to an AT&T store to get help. They tried to fix it and told me to go back to where I bought it to swap it out. I went back to Best Buy, spent some time with the sales rep trouble shooting, and he swapped it out. The phone busted right after purchase and was obviously a manufacturer issue with that phone. To be honest, I am not sure how it was covered. Obviously Samsung will cover the cost of the problem since it was a manufacturer problem, but whether Samsung will be compensating AT&T or Best Buy, I don't know. But the main point is I did not lose any basic warranty stuff by purchasing at Best Buy. You'll just end up going to Best Buy for any significant servicing instead of the AT&T store. For regular diagnostics and troubleshooting, you can still go to AT&T and they can still help you, but if there is going to be a swap out or a refund, you'll have to go to Best Buy.
