• No, to my understanding you need to preorder the 8+ in order to recieve the promotional $100 off which is reflected by a lower monthly payment in the amount of $29.83 over the course of two years instead of $34/month for two years. It's a $50 discount when you preorder the regular S8 and is also reflected in your monthly bill payment of $27.91 over two years instead of $30/month for two years. Also you need to preorder by the 20th in order to recieve the free VR.
