- Answer When you install the Shop Samsung app and then open it, you should immediately see a form in which to register for the VR Gear. Keep in mind that you will have to attach a copy of your receipt and you will want to have that ready. The photo taken with my phone wasn't clear enough and I received an email asking for another copy.

- Answer Yes, your current plan will go away. They will get you on a "new" plan of: $monthly payment for the phone PLUS $monthly payment for access (which is your minutes, texting and email) PLUS $monthly payment for a data plan (which they do offer an unlimited data plan) PLUS any taxes/fees.

QuestionI read an article that said the S8 will have a mono speaker instead of a stereo speaker. Is this true? Will this bring down quality of sound when playing videos/music on the phone? What about when you have someone on speaker phone and HD voice?

- Answer If you are with Verizon, and are on their new Unlimited data plan, then they do offer the option of a reduction in your monthly device payment with a trade-in. The amount the payment would be reduced by is determined by the phone you have to trade in, and the condition of the device.

Questionuntil now, i pressed on the finger scanner and it opened right away, as the home button served also for the finger scanner, but now that its seperated the home and finger scanner, will it take a 2 steps to unlock it ?

- Answer On the S8 devices it'll just take one step. Apply your finger in the fingerprint reader.

- Answer Yes, great fingerprint scanner as well as iris scanner or face recognition. I use both fingerprint and iris scanner. Both work very well!
