A:AnswerT-Mobile service & activation not available from Best Buy. They dropped/discontinued selling/providing T-Mobile years ago.
(They may still provide/sell some MVNOs or leased carriers/services that work on T-Mobile network; not T-MOBILE Mobile or Metro By T-Mobile (MetroPCS).).
A:AnswerA 'locked' mobile phone is one that has been restricted by software so that it can only be used with a single network or carrier while the 'Unlocked' phone means that it can be used with any SIM card/carrier - and in any country. But the unlocked handset may still display the original network's branding and may not support features of the new carrier. Most phones can be unbranded by uploading a different version of the phone's internal software or 'firmware'.
A:AnswerYou have to ask a Verizon Rep. I have At&t and I have an unlimited data plan. Buying this phone did not affect my data plan. I still have the same features
I went from a S5 to a S9. I will say the unlocked phone at bestbuy was cheaper than getting through att.
A:AnswerI have no idea. I bought this phone to send for my nephew in Trinidad because that’s what he wanted. I am an iPhome person. However, I don’t see a reason why it would not work with Sprint
A:AnswerI can qnswer about the unlocked phone. I just purchased mine on Black Friday and you do not need to use one of the 3 carriers listed. I myself had a S6 and switched my T-mobile sim card to the unlocked S9 and bought the 10.99 per month Geek Squad protection plan. Be careful if you want this protection and purchase online. Online only offers the 8.99 plan that is for drops and other issues, if you also want lost and stolen protection you must go in person to get the complete plan for 10.99. You have 15 days after you purchase you phone to go in store and buy the protection.
A:AnswerStraight talk accepts more unlocked phones than most other carriers. In my personal experience, activation and even refilling the account can be a headache sometimes but at the end of the day, they’ll get it to work.
