A:AnswerMemory available on a device is not based on the length of time you have owned your device. While in general memory space lessens over use as you download more applications and add more files such as photos or music to your device, it would completely depend on your usage. If you are running out of space, check out your user manual on how to remove applications you may not use, or move files from your tablet to another device, such as your computer.
A:AnswerDear Delaney: I believe there are parental controls...we have not yet attempted to employ them as our son seems to be "minding the rules" about using this item. Mrs. B.
A:AnswerIt's not common for this to happen, and we're sorry to hear that you're having trouble booting.
Please take the unit to the Best Buy Geek Squad Agents at your local Best Buy to see if they can assist in resetting the unit. That would be the quickest and likely easiest way to get your unit reset properly.
We're sorry again to hear about this, but we look forward to assisting you in a reset. If it would be easier to send it in for service, please contact the Samsung customer service center for further information.

A:AnswerProvided the plug allows for voltages other than the 120v standard for products sold in the U.S., you may be able to charge your devices with other voltages in other regions. Please use only Samsung approved chargers and stay within the limits posted on the chargers specifications.
Thanks for your support of Samsung products.

But, I know this may not apply to your situation, although, I can sympathize with what you are going through, sorry, I couldn't help more than a simple answer of maybe it just isn't compatable. Hope someone else came help you with your question.

A:Answeris the keyboard showing up in the list of bluetooth devices when your tab scans? if not it is possible that the keyboard is not in pairng mode. when you open the bluetooth menu on your tab it should display all available devices. not being sure which keyboard you have but knowing that most all bluetooth devices have a power indicator that doubles as a connection indicator, you should only hav to hold the power button untill the light on your keyboard begins to flash an alternating red\blue indicating it is in pairing mode. open your bluetooth menu on tab and the keyboard should show up in the list of devices available. you mave have to choose it from the list initially to pair it, after that it should pair automatically if your bluetooth is enabled on your tab and you turn your keyboard on. hope this helps
