The other apps that are pre-downloaded on the device are taking up that space. If you want more space choose the apps that you want to delete or get an sd card.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it is really sad, but true. You get 4gb after Samsung loads up all of its apps, plus all the stock Google apps. Can't move any preloaded apps to sd card. I disabled most apps that are preloaded so they don't run and build a cache that eats more of that space.
