“What condition is an open box condition tablet. And is it comparable with a data plans?”

• If this tablet is an "open box" item I was not aware of it. I never seen anything to indicate anything but that it was a new tablet on sale. What can be done to correct this situation ? Thank you.

• An open box item is inspected and suppose to be equal to new or comparable. I’ve never used a data plan with any of my tablets. WiFi is so redially available there’s no need for an additional data plan purchase for my needs.
