• The $10 is the only monthly charge I get. However, there is an initial charge to activate it. That was either $30 or $40, can't remember which. It shares your data plan, so if you go beyond your plan's data limits, you'll be charged accordingly.

• Yes the $10 a month is standard for Verizon to link any tablet to an account. The only extra fee is a one time $20 activation fee on the first bill after the tablet is added.
