A: The $10 is the only monthly charge I get. However, there is an initial charge to activate it. That was either $30 or $40, can't remember which. It shares your data plan, so if you go beyond your plan's data limits, you'll be charged accordingly.

A: not sure how to answer this question? I have galaxy tab E, and it can be set up to receive and place calls. I would suggest shop around to understand data plan 2 years. keep in mind the term fee if you cant complete the 2 year plan. compare online, and go to your local store that offer these plans, and see what you pay monthly, and what happens if you go over your data? also, you can limit data use on this device.
