this is a question that needs to be asked by a best buy geek or a Verizon rep, not a person who bought this, as we do not know their policy. as per a Samsung tablet, I was back to best buy 9 times in 2 months as it was a piece of useless junk. they finally replaced it and the new one also has issues. I will never buy another Samsung device again
