My guess would be 3 to 5 years max. This is an older version of the newer tablets out there, so my guess would be closer to the 3 years. But that shouldn't effect your ability to watch YouTube videos. My daughter still has an android phone that is like 6 plus years old and she can still watch youtube on her phone. It's usually because there is not enough room for memory to accommodate updates and not the push of updates from the manufacturer that effect how long you can receive updates from Google Play store.
