• The watch will give you a notice if it detects that your heart rate is higher or lower than it should be. It is not perfect and if you get a notice you should check it with a better device. It does track it pretty good I go to Dialysis and have a blood pressure cuff put on during this and it also tracks my heart rate and the watch and cuff have always been within a couple beats.
