“What do I have to do to get one that works? I bought one of the Gear ones refurbished which did not work. So I returned it to my local store in Cumming and the same day purchased the Active version new. Now the sensor on this one is not working.”

So, watch less than 90 days old. I had the Geek Squad Protection Plan on it for two years. They did replace it however I had to buy the protection plan again (not even at a discounted rate). It seems like if I buy a two year plan on a product it ought to stay good for two years.
