• Hello Rita, that's a really good question! You cannot make or answer calls directly on your watch unless it has a built-in mic and speaker like the Galaxy Watch Active2, Galaxy Watch, and Gear S3. However, you can quickly view incoming messages and send replies without even taking out your phone. ^Elizabeth

• Actually thats why I returned it. It had no speakers like my old galaxy watch, you will have to connect it to a Bluetooth device to receive calls its pretty much like the old days pager.I advice you to just get a galaxy watch or an active 2.
