You will see the call come up on the watch, however you have to use the actual cell phone to talk. I do believe you can hit answer or decline, but it tells you to get your phone. For texts messages, yes. You can text, talk to text & you will receive incoming texts, Facebook messages, and Instagram messages. You can respond to Facebook messages, but I cant seem to find the actual messenger on my watch to compose a message.
