“I take alot of water aerobic classes, can this watch be used 45 min in the water? How about wearing in the shower? Do I need to do anything special to watch after it has been in the water or shower? Can it be worn 24/7 Thank you”

Yes actually you can submerge up to 50 meters but not recommended for scuba diving. Avoid sudden temperature changes. If you get in salt water rinse off and dry completely. Do not expose the device at high water pressure.. It has a feature on it where you can shack excess water out of it.
