• Yes you can change to digital, I am not sure if you can get minutes and seconds however there are tons of faces you can download from Samsung Wearable App or Galaxy Store.

• Yes! Great watch face designs with lots of free ones in the Galaxy store. There are paid as well, but I have over 20 digital and analog free watch faces from the store and they're updating constantly. See my image below of my current watch face.
