“Does it automatically track running and walking ( like samsung health does) or do you have to select " run" and then select " walk" separately? I need something to automatically track each activity I do without me selecting them each time”

Hello CJ, that's a really good question! With this watch you can turn on automatic workout detection. It will automatically start recording your exercise data when you start working out. ^Elizabeth
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No, it will not automatically count work outs. You have to select the type of work out (swimming, running, etc...) it will always keep track of your steps, HR (if turned on in settings), and general calories burned.
