Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.As for the Unlocked Samsung Galaxy Watch and esim here in the US which I have, I don't have it connected to Any Cellphone Carrier. I do use it with Bluetooth which is connected to My Cellphone and I have also used the Wi-Fi as well. I would believe that Samsung would release the Unlocked Samsung Galaxy Watch in Many Markets including India that You would be able to use just like I do and also be able to connect to whatever Cellphone Carrier that is in Your area in India. I am just an owner of an Unlocked Samsung Galaxy Watch here in the US and I can Only let You know My Experiences with the one that has been released here in the US and what My thinking would be about for in India where You are, but I can Not give You a 100% Guarantee as to What Your Experience will be since I'm Not in India.
