A:Answer That all depends on your service. You are supposed to be able to receive, as I was told with any cell service, however, I did learn that with the WalMart Family Plan, you cannot have that option as sit is considered a pay as you go service "Trak Phone", something I just learned even though I pay a monthly fee, that was a surprise, so my option would be to change service or just not be able to use all the functions of the phone. I am weighing the options, otherwise, I do like the many functions that the phone does offer with the Galaxy Phone as a mate.
