I bought my girlfriend the LTE version but she carries her phone almost all the time. She has not activated the LTE as she sees no point. I have a cellular Apple Watch. I activated it on AT&T and have found myself once without my phone ( I was walking the dog). We have found the cost is not justified and would not buy cellular versions again.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The bluetooth only option doesn't not allow you to completely separate from your phone while still using the watch. With the unlocked LTE option, after being setup by your wireless carrier, you would be able to make calls and text from the watch while your phone is not with you. Hope this helps.
