I am sure a man could wear it, but the mens watch is black. This is for a woman.

I personally was not interested in buying the rose gold Samsung because two reasons. The first one black goes with any other color and I like black. Second, I didn't feel like to explain anytime people ask me why rose and not black.

Most men get the 46mm because it's just a little bigger and looks big on most women and 42mm is small on most men. The colors are just optional preferences.
