Unfortunately true. I just returned the watch I brought for my son for Christmas. It was the LTE version. The numbersync feature, which was essential for the functions could not be activated. AT&T blamed Best Buy for this. I am not sure now. But lost 6-7 hours of my life on customer service and $45 restocking fee when I returned. I have no idea why AT&T let us Best Buy said anything for them if they cannot come to an agreement when it comes to supporting products.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi there. I have this watch and don't really have any problems with it. I love it. I have had it like 2 years now. I have the LTE version, but have not activated the LTE part yet. It cost extra if you want to activate the LTE part. I got the LTE because I could always use the watch as a phone independent of my cell phone. I just use the bluetooth paired method. The option is always there. What connectivity issues was the ATT sales rep referring to??
