I don't have the actual equipment although you can connect Bluetooth devices directly to the watch. And if you can find the corresponding App in the Samsung Galaxy Watch Store then I'm sure it's compatible.

Another way is to find out if the company who makes the cheststrap also makes apps for smartwatches. Then you can connect directly.
