Hey there, Ebo! This is the Bluetooth version of the Galaxy Watch 46mm. This device is not able to added to a carrier's plan. However, the Galaxy Watch is able to connect with Non-Samsung Android smartphones that run on Android OS 5.0 and above, RAM 1.5GB and above. Thank you for taking the time to ask this question. ^Kayla
