The only external sensor it has is for heart rate. I don't think you can measure O2 at the wrist. Phones have the ability including the flagship S line to get O2 at the finger. It appears that Samsung is staying away from using sleep stages and instead reports sleep quality such as how much time awake or restless. It's probably using heart rate and motion.
