Yes it does, you can queue the watch to perform it regularly and display the results for you or you can call it up to perform at any time. It'll also pick up on changes, for example, when I'm in the gym and working out hard, it wants to perform a stress test since it's monitoring both your heart rate and oxygen saturation.
