• It does NOT do the swipe on any card reader like the Samsung phones and the S3 did. Every once in awhile I really miss that!

• I tried setting up Samsung Pay on my Galaxy watch but was told that the credit card I was trying to use (from a small credit union) was not one of the "select" cards that would work with Samsung Pay at this time. Bottom line seems to be yes, the Samsung Galaxy Watch does support Samsung Pay, but there are limitations to the credit cards that will work. I do not have Samsung Pay set up on my Samsung Galaxy phone so I can not tell you if the watch is more restrictive than Samsung Pay in general, or if Samsung Pay simply has not recruited enough credit card providers yet.

• Yes it has samsung pay and NFC, it now only supports nfc for payments. From what i understand you phone also has to support samsung pay or it wont work on the watch.
