Apparently you do not receiver your phone if you order through bestbuy.

Please try again later.Not only do you not get your preorder through Best Buy that you put in there weeks ago,you get no explanation ,or ETA on when or if you might get it. Leaving you in limbo on wether to cancel or not. I could of reorder it already with someone else with the 3rd as a delivery date. How could my pre order be so lost. No tracking? Do you sell phones that aren't going to be available often? I believe they do.

I pre-order mine on August 13th and they should've mail it on the 27th but it's September 2 and I still haven't received it and don't know when I will. I talked to them the 1st time and said I'll get it on August 28, today I chatted with them and said on Sep 10th. I don't belive that they haven't received any phones yet, I think they sell them to customers that comes into the store. I'll never pre-order from Best Buy, I'll go to a reliable store.
