• This has a vibrate alarm clock and a do not disturb option. When the do not disturb option is selected no notifications come through other than your alarms which are just a vibrate. You can choose to turn alarms on/off.

• No. You could turn off the Bluetooth tho while you wear it to sleep. It will sync your activity when it reconnects.
