- Answer Mine took 2 weeks to get (backordered) and I picked it up in the store. You might try and see if any of the Best Buy stores have any. Otherwise give it a try I would think there online part of there supply chain would have gotten more in. Sorry I can't be more help. It's worth the try the S2 is awesome.

QuestionIs this watch 4g and lte and do have to pay service every month I see it's says Bluetooth what happen when you are not around your Bluetooth thank you

- Answer No it is not the 4G model. The 4G model u have to get from Tmobil or AT&T. If u are not arround ur phone but the watch and the phone are connected to a WiFi they will still be connected remotely. If there isn't WiFi then it will be on stand alone mode, and sync to ur phone the next time they r connected.

QuestionCan I setup and use the Samsung Gear S3 without an android phone? I have an iPhone and I know that currently the Gear S3 won't work with an iPhone. Can I still use it as a watch and the exercise features without an android phone?

- Answer Hello there, JC. That is a great question you have there. The Gear S3 requires a Compatible Device to go through the initial set up of the watch and for updates as well. It is recommended that you use a compatible device to take advantage of all the features of this device. However, onnce the device has gone through initial setup, it may be used alone or simply paired with Bluetooth to any device. I hope this was informative. Have a great day.

QuestionWatch waterproof? Motorola 360 second gen got wet in the pool. 1 foot of water for 5 minutes. It went dead in a minute. Had another 360 and got caught in the rain. Died too. Since they both have the same IP68 rating, is S3 fragile as well?

- Answer I have had both the Motorola 1st and 2nd generation. Neither were rated as waterproof tIP68. But both my Motorola watches batteries died and due cost and delicate build makes them pretty much non-repairable. I have had the Samsung gear since I got the first Motorola. The Samsung still works beautifully and continuses to get updates that keep making it better. You stated the motorola 360 2nd gen has a IPF 68 I find it has a IPF 67 and there is a big difference.

- Answer No, all models use their own onboard gps. However, getting directions from google maps is done through data, so gps could only be used to retroactively map something like a run once re-paird with a phone on the non-lte version.

QuestionLastnight around 1am the watch was available for preorder, I checked out, but then it would not accept any address(or store pickup) all that Best Buy has shipped to before. Now I check back this morning (11/6) and they say it's sold out...what's going on?

- Answer It should work with iPhone13 for sure, since I have used it on lower iphone models as well, with no issues. All it needs the Samsung Gear app, which is compatible with even the latest iOS 17.1.

- Answer I'm sorry I can't answer that question because I have Verizon service. I always buy android Samsung phones and Gear fit watches. I would think if you have a Samsung phone it would be compatible. I wonder if a geek at best buy could answer that question.

- Answer Step/activity detector will work fine without the phone linking. The watch shares your wifi list and connect itself if no phone is available thus some apps such as weather and news will work independently. Some features such as steps/activity will synchronize later on as you are within range of your phone. That being said , it all depends on the app you use

QuestionBought a Gear S3 from Best Buy less than a year ago and for the last few months the watch screen suddenly magnifies to the point it‘s impossible to read. Has there been any updates that might address this issue? Only way to resolve is to restart.

- Answer To undo the jumbo screen, triple tap the screen and it should go back to normal. Also, it is the magnify feature. Go to Settings>Accessibility>Visibility Enhancements to turn it off.

- Answer Unfortunately, no, but you can download an app off the galaxy store where social media notifications can be displayed and can be replied to, but messages and fb messenger can be replied without use of the app
