- Answer This watch has a GPS senor so you wouldn't have to have your phone with you for the GPS to track your run.

- Answer My understanding is that you can use it with a Sprint phone, but only with a Bluetooth connection. The LTE portion of the watch will not function without AT&T.

- Answer While its not completely impossible, if your plan is to connect to T-Mobile, then you should just get the T-Mobile version (SM-R765T). The hassle and work required to unlock it are enough that buying the AT&T version isn't justified. - Answer yes you can!!. you can use any GSM carrier. ..which is any carrier that uses sim cards.. ..for example, sprint and verizon do not use sim cards

- Answer This particular model has an E-sim. Its not a sim card you can physically remove or switch.
