“I been trying to use the Amazon app but wont allow me to insert password . It will only tell me to go to Samsung support as a new member anyone else had this problem ? I can access Netflix okay though .”

From what I recall is that when you first try to log into Amazon it wants a number and you have to log into your Amazon account via your computer to activated the Samsung player. Amazon will give you a number that you then enter into the requested box on your Samsung. After that it will let you log into the Amazon app and let you put in your Amazon account information on the Samsung player.
