- Answer No, they do not. Ear tips do, but wing tips do not. And the ear tips are the wrong ones, so charging case won't close. Stay away until BB gets this problem corrected.

- Answer You can use them with any bluetooth compatible phone, however there are some features only available on Android devices.

- Answer Buds and case are the same, even if dinged up a bit, but the ear tips and wings are not included. Best Buy throws in a set of their own generic Insignia tips which don't fit or allow the case to close properly.

- Answer You won't run into any issues of durability and my refurbished looked like they hadn't even been worn. However, I would recommend buying open box if you can because best buy does a terrible job repackaging accessories by either missing some, including 3rd party eartips or the wrong charging cable. So in essense, Galaxy Buds are fantastic, Best Buy Refurbished packagers are not. Buy open box form BB instead for insure you'll get all the right accessories.

- Answer Bautista is right but for one thing: These don't include the original ear tips, nor wings. Best Buy disposes of those and included their own generic Insignia brand tips (no wings) which don't fit as well, and prevent the case from closing and charging.

- Answer The first answer by "Laly" is 100% wrong. The lower-priced 'Geek Squad Certified" Galaxy Buds in black... - do -not- come with the original tips, they come with larger profile aftermarket tips which make it impossible to properly close the charging case - do -not- include the little 'wings' around the outside that help keep the buds in your ear. These in silver -do- come with the above items and are definitely worth the extra $$. I am certain of the above because since asking the question I've ordered both (and returned the black ones)

- Answer They can pair to any Bluetooth device. They pair automatically to Samsung devices while other devices would have to open your Bluetooth screen for pairing

- Answer I ordered twice, once original order, the second time replacement, and both times the M size tips were missing. I can only presume that other things might be missing as well... Customer service not responding to communication either.
